Removing the old finish from the floor is the first step to revitalizing your floor. Our machinery does that safely, efficiently and cleanly. It is during the sanding process that we finalize the floor stain color. To ensure our clients get the stain they want, we create samples on your floor so you can see the final color. That way you can be confident you will like the final result.  Once the color is selected, we finish sanding the floor and then stain it. We then apply multiple coats of a protective finish to the floor to preserve it for years to come.
